Emirates Airfare Deal – Book by July 5
Saying that Emirates Airline is offering a great airfare deal is like saying Neiman Marcus is having a sale.
Yes, the price of the designer gown is marked down, but….well you know what I mean.
Having said that, we flew Emirates Airline from Los Angeles to Dubai and in my notes (travel writers are compulsive note takers) it says “I’ve never flown in such glamorous surroundings and with such great service.”
We were seated in Business Class, so I took notice this week when I learned that Emirates has a sale on Business Class seats if you book before July 5.
“Save $1,000* on roundtrip restricted and Advance Purchase Business Class fares from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas/Fort Worth, Seattle and Washington, DC to any of our over 120 destinations when you book by July 5. Savings eligible on outbound travel from June 23 through August 31, 2012 from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas/Fort Worth and Seattle. Travel departing from Washington, DC must commence between September 12 and October 31, 2012.”
That * made me wonder what the catch was, but it only says you have to book online and that doesn’t seem like too much to ask.
And here’s something else I learned, Emirates offers First and Business Class passengers complimentary chauffer service to and from the airport “from select cities including all seven U. S. gateways.” (In addition to the cities named above, they also serve Houston and New York City.)
Being a believer in “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn’t,” I figured the free chauffer service probably only applied if you lived across the street from the airport – but it turns out it’s valid within a 60-mile radius.
So go online and check for yourself.
I think this is a really good deal…like that amazing dress I bought on sale at Neiman Marcus a few years ago that made me feel like royalty.
